Duke Realty and Main Line Health selected FCA to develop this new four-story MOB, housing an ambulatory surgery center, primary care services, and auxiliary space. Within the ambulatory surgery center there are six operating rooms utilized for a variety of services to be provided from the Rothman Institute for their orthopedic specialty surgeries, for which they are world renowned.
The facility was designed to meet Core and Shell Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design® (LEED) Certification as designated by the United States Green Building Council. Energy and material efficiency was a goal of the project and the design team worked closely with the client to meet the LEED certification requirements.
