A rich history of new ideas
1960 - University of Pennsylvania: Seeley Mudd Biology Research Laboratory
The Seeley Mudd Labs was the first of multiple research facilities that FCA has designed for the University of Pennsylvania.
1960 - Overbrook School for The Blind
One of FCA’s early clients, we designed several projects including new academic and athletic facilities for visually impaired students.
1980 - St Joseph’s Chapel
The chapel a modern interpretation of traditional gothic architecture was designed to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding prominent Jesuit educational institute. The project won the AIA chapter Silver medal
1990 - McNeil Consumer Healthcare
FCA has completed multiple projects for McNeil over many years including master planning, laboratory and manufacturing facilities, and a campus wide office workplace transformation.
2002 - The Heart Hospital, Geisinger Health System
FCA six phased masterplan transformed Geisinger Health Systems Wyoming Valley medical campus from a community hospital into a comprehensive medical center. The Heart Hospital was the first of the multiple buildings on the campus designed by FCA.
2006 - Buffalo Life Sciences Complex
The science complex combined two leading research institutions SUNY Buffalo and Roswell Park Cancer Institute into an environmentally responsible state-of-the-art translational research facility.
