FCA Earns Multiple Honors for Exceptional Company Culture and Benefits
2025 has seen FCA named as one of the Best Places to Work by Philadelphia Business Journal, and as an EPiC firm by AIA Pennsylvania Emerging Professional Committee (EPiC). PBJ recognizes the top employers in the region on metrics such as company culture, compensation, benefits, and trust in senior leadership. EPiC honors firms that support and foster mentorship, inclusion, licensure, and investment in the next generation of architectural professionals. These honors reflect our ongoing effort to create an environment where team members feel supported, inspired, and encouraged to grow as individuals in their profession.
FCA Signs On to the AIA 2030 Climate Commitment
As part of its commitment, FCA has created a Sustainability Action Plan. The SAP is a road map towards meeting an ambitious set of sustainability goals as organized by the AIA Framework for Design Excellence. FCA has taken the bold step to envision a time when the 2030DDX will provide a platform for goal setting and reporting all ten Framework principles. Led by its Director of Sustainability, Rob Fleming, FCA sets the stage for ending the age-old distinction between mainstream design and sustainable design.
FCA's EDI Committee Establishes Employee Network Groups and Its Own Mission Statement
FCA's Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee currently supports four affinity groups: BIPOC, Women, LGBTQIA+, and Neurodivergent. The mission of the Committee is to provide a resource within FCA to provide guidance and education for equity, diversity, and inclusion, and to bring awareness, appreciation, and togetherness to the office and through its design approach.
