Delaware is host to some of the nations largest law firms. Greenburg Traurig’s Wilmington office is located is in a classic 1920’s former DuPont building. FCA worked closely with the Greenberg Traurig team in elevating all real estate options before selecting the Nemours building. Planning challenges included an unusual building footprint where FCA maximized both core and perimeter space. FCA’s solution captures natural light into the interior and designed a rooftop balcony adjacent to the office area. The balcony is enjoyed by all staff and hosts many of the firm’s social events. Large expanses of clear glass and center pivot doors provide multiple options for meetings and events. The architecture is intentionally minimal and timeless. This is juxtaposed by mid-century classic furniture that showcases the firm’s art collection. The experience is open, light filled, airy in a classic building.
