AmeriHealth Caritas marks milestone at new HQ

Equus Capital Partners has marked the topping out of a five-story, 378,000-square-foot headquarters for AmeriHealth Caritas at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square.

AmeriHealth Caritas is expected to move into the building during the fourth quarter of 2020. That project also involves development of a three-level parking garage. AmeriHealth Caritas spent two years searching for a new headquarters before settling on Ellis Preserve last fall.
