Recent changes to Florida's Certificate of Need requirements in healthcare show a tremendous potential for significant capital investment in the sector. FCA can bring its expertise in healthcare planning and design to the region to support the health systems throughout Florida.
FCA currently has three active projects in Florida, which include projects in Tampa, Miami, and West Palm Beach, along with a new project in Puerto Rico. By opening the office in Florida FCA will be better able to support its clients and reinforce their reputation as a client-focused firm.
Aran McCarthy, AIA, NCARB will act as the Healthcare Principal-in-Charge for Orlando Operations and will be supported by Paul Degillio, Senior Project Manager.
